Pricing & Subsidies

Fee Schedule July 1, 2025 

Maximum Rent and Service Package: 

Single person in a studio suite: $2115

Couple in adjoining studio suites: $3500

*$400 subsidy for each person with an income (based on Line 15000 of your most recent tax return) below $31,230. (Couples may qualify for a total $800 subsidy if both have incomes below $31,230). 

Services Package includes resident meals, snacks, scheduled housekeeping, linen service, recreation, cable and wifi.

Optional Services 

Medication Reminder Service: $55/month

Personal Laundry Service: $55/month

Parking (with plug in): $20/month

Scooter parking (with plug in): $12/month 

Pendant/wristband call system $25 admin fee (one time, non refundable), $25/month, $200 replacement fee.

Continuing Care Type B residents pay the "Continuing Care Accommodation Charge" as set by the province of Alberta. A social worker will assist new Type B residents to access as Supplementary Accommodation Benefit so that all Continuing Care Type B residents will be able to afford this rate. 

The Continuing Care Accommodation Charge is currently $2366 and is increasing to $2433 effective August 1, 2025. Cable, Wi-Fi and Medication Assistance Program are included in the Continuing Care Accommodation Charge.
