Fee Schedule July 1, 2024 

Maximum Rent and Service Package: 

Single person in a studio suite: $2065

Couple in a 1-Bedroom suite: $3500

*$400 subsidy for each person with an income (based on Line 15000 of your most recent tax return) below $30,120. (Couples may qualify for a total $800 subsidy if both have incomes below $30,120). 

Services Package includes resident meals, snacks, scheduled housekeeping, linen service, recreation, cable and wifi.

Optional Services 

Medication Reminder Service: $55/month

Personal Laundry Service: $55/month

Parking (with plug in): $20/month

Scooter parking (with plug in): $12/month 

Pendant/wristband call system $25 admin fee (one time, non refundable), $25/month, $200 replacement fee.

Couple in two adjoining studio suites: $3500

*$400 subsidy for each person with an income (based on Line 15000 of your most recent tax return) below $29,855. (Couples may qualify for a total $800 subsidy if both have incomes below $29,855). 

Services Package includes resident meals, snacks, scheduled housekeeping, linen service, recreation, cable and wifi.

Parking (with plug in): $20/month

Scooter parking (with plug in): $12/month 

Designated Supportive Living Level 3 residents pay the "Continuing Care Accommodation Charge" as set by the province of Alberta. A social worker will assist new DSL3 residents to access as Supplementary Accommodation Benefit so that all DSL3 residents will be able to afford this rate. 

The Continuing Care Accommodation Charge is currently $2201. Cable, Wi-Fi and Medication Assistance Program are included in the Continuing Care Accommodation Charge.
